How are you using social media? Many small businesses know they have to engage in social media, but how? Throw up a Facebook page and create a Twitter account and you’re set? Don’t we all wish it’d be that easy! Businesses are using social media in all kinds of ways from strengthening consumer ties to really promoting products.
