One aspect of link building that can get a bit messy and needs to be organized is where you’re submitting links, when, etc…This aspect of link building is one of the most important becuase you want to be organized with your link building efforts wether you’re submitting to social network sites or directories.

When starting a project, I usually make an excel spread sheet to keep track of what I’m doing, where I am at, etc. I came across a cool tool which has SOME good free directories, but most of all, it’s just a great organizational platform that you may want to create for yourself if you have a developer/programmer that can do it for you.
Here is the link called ManageDirectorySubmissions.fastreviews.org
You’ll find a few directories worthy of submissions but an important aspect to look where to submit as you can search by PageRank, look on the number of URLs indexed by the engines and also, you probably want the directory to be the only directory on the IP.
This allows you to create one account to manage multiple websites. Again, it is just a very good example of something you can have someone create to manage your directory submissions.
