Nevertheless, the domain and site are less than a year old. I agree that in some cases you can rank at#1 for non competitive or longtail keywords/phrases in some markets but it’s rather unusual. It is a different story if you have an older , more trusted domain although. When Google (or the other one’s out there) give you an “I trust your site” badge, it’s more easy to get higher in the SERPS without a single link. If your internal structure is fine, you can achieve great results.
