I personally don't have Myspace and from what i've seen from friend's sites.. i don't like it. It's vulgar and way too popular nowadays. Besides Facebook offers more privacy regarding what other people (not your friends) see. I hope spam doesn't get to it any time soon or it will become just as bad as Myspace... ughh!
